Nationally authorized and developed training for all District officers and committee members.

This is the training and the place where you learn your District position and responsibilities.

Check in is at 8:00 AM

Opening Ceremony is at 8:30

Special guest Speaker is Ken Bernt.

Who should attend:

All District officers and committee members in all 17 Districts newly installed, as well as any outgoing members.

$10 fee includes snacks and Council shoulder patch.
