Schedule:
Friday:
Camp Setup: Begins at 5:30pm
No fires on grass area, use fire rings that already exist
Prepare for the evening, prepare, eat, and cleanup dinner, setup tents. You will be assigned a handcart. Please take care of this.
** 7:00 pm - Senior Patrol Leader or representative from troop to report to the “Bowery”
** 8:00 pm - Fire Bowl Activity starts – Bring Chairs, blankets, snacks for the movie. Bring a lantern and a jacket it will be dark when you return to camp
AFTER CAMPFIRE BOWL -- Return to campsites - Quite Time (lights out) 10:30 PM!
Saturday Morning:
7:30 AM
Senior Patrol Leader or representative report to Bowery for SPL Meeting
They will be given paperwork and instruction for the order of events for the troop
They will be told the timeline and expectations of Saturday’s events.
They will know when we start with everyone with the following:
8:30 AM - Report at Trek starting point with handcarts. don’t be late, be prepared to start.
After Trek- Report to stations. We will have 4 stations that are divided into 2 substations so the group isn’t quite so big. Each station will run 20 minutes. When the blow horn sounds, move to the next station with your handcart.
After Stations- return handcarts to bowery for winter. Clean up camp. Leave to go home.
