ORDEAL CANDIDATE
ALL Ordeal Candidates MUST complete the OA: Ordeal Candidate Information Form that accompanies this event registration. Ordeal candidates should eat well before arriving. ONLY bring a ground sheet and a sleeping bag. Be prepared for cool weather in the evenings.
Fees paid by Ordeal candidate cover the cost of the Ordeal sash, current year dues, OA pocket flap, food, and an Annual Pass for the remainder of the all events during within this current calendar year. Must be at least 11 years old by date of fellowship.
BROTHERHOOD CANDIDATE (10 Months or longer as an Ordeal Member)
Vigil Honor Inductee
Please be sure to not forget. Be sure your Dues are current, ($12.00), Registration will begin a 6:30pm.
Registration starts at 6:30pm.
There will be a dinner, starting at 7:30pm.
A meeting of the current Vigils and the prospective Vigils will commence at 8:00pm.
The Vigil inductees, will be called at dusk, around 9:00pm.
The closing ceremony will begin at 6:00am. With breakfast to follow.
All are free to leave after breakfast,
The new Vigil members are not to drive themselves, without 3-4 hours of sleep.
If they have a designated driver, they may leave when ever they are ready.
Remember it is Council policy that they either have a ride home or get approximately 3-4 hours of sleep if they drive home themselves.
If you have or know of other vigil members, which desire to attend either dinner or breakfast or both, there are sleeping arrangements at the camp, and they are welcome.
For Vigil members, registration is $15.00 and RSVP would be appreciated.
Fees paid by Brotherhood candidates cover the cost of the Brotherhood sash and food (DOES NOT INCLUDE DUES). Current Year Dues or an Annual Pass should be paid for prior to the event. Brotherhood candidates should be prepared with the brotherhood requirements found in the OA handbook. Bring a tent and other essential for an overnight campout.
OA PARTICIPANT
Fees paid by OA Participants cover the cost of food and admission into the event. Bring a tent and other essential for an overnight campout. Current Year Dues or an Annual Pass should be paid for prior to the event.
ANNUAL PASS OR DUES
This event is covered under your annual pass. If you are participating in an Ordeal or Brotherhood Ceremony, you will recieve a $10 reduction in the cost of your Ordeal or Brotherhood by entering in the code "AP" in the discount code area during checkout. BUS TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to the event and back to designated stops is included with the Bus Transportation fee. The minimum number of people that need to be registered are 15 by the Monday night before the event. Bus transportation is subject to cancellation if the minimum is not met. Notifications of cancellation will be given the Tuesday before the event.

Times listed are when the bus will leave the location to the nest stop. Please arrive 15 minutes prior or plan to meet the bus at the next stop. Scouts must be in uniform while riding the bus.
