Cancellation Policy
Council Refund Policy:
The council is obligated to make nonârefundable payments for tour operators which include: air-lines, hotels, meals, vehicles, and other tour expenses. As such the following refund policy is firm.
The total fee is $1,200
There is a $150 nonârefundable registration fee.
After 3/31/19, a 50% cancellation fee is in effect. If the contingent is full another person may buy out your registration, minus the $150 nonârefundable fee.
By 5/31/19, the total of $1,100 must be paid in full.
After 6/15/19, NO refunds will be given. IF there is a full contingent, then your registration may be bought out by another person, less the $150 nonârefundable fee.
If payments are not kept upâtoâdate and the contingent is full, a person on the waiting list may take your place and you will be placed on the waiting list.
A full unit consists of 4 adults and 26 youth.
