Fees include Food and will be doing Central Dining

* For the special price of "Returning Out-of-Council Youth", the unit must have attended a Grand Teton Council summer camp the previous year.

Instructions 

Deposit payment is required at time of registration. You can pay by:

  •         Online with Credit Card or Electronic check 
  •         Or you can save your reservation by clicking on the MAIL  icon at the checkout screen and pay 
    • By Calling in with a CC or Debit card 
    • Use APPROVED funds from your unit in-store account
    • Or visit a Council Service Center to make a payment in person

      Payments on registrations not made within 30 days may be cancelled.

Units may cancel their reservation up to two weeks prior to the start of your camp week reservation, after which, no refunds will be given. Units will be responsible to provide payment for the numbers of registrants provided at the two week deadline.
Special exceptions for emergencies may be permitted. The refund request form will be provided in your receipt confirmation.

Discounts and Incentives

  • EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Units may qualify for the $10 per Youth Discount by
    • Completing your registration for camp
    • PAYING the per campsite deposit BY April 1st Deposits are Nonrefundable
    • PAYING IN FULL No Later Than May 15th 
    • Additional registrants added after the May 15th deadline will be charged the full fee rate.

This discount can only be applied to Scouts registered for the entire week and this will create an estimated invoice that will help you prepare for camp costs

  • PAY IN FULL DATE is June 15th for registrations that are NOT eligible for the Early Bird Discount
    Registrant numbers will be locked in and this will be the invoice that will be applied to your unit. You will not be allowed to drop people after this date with the exception of extreme emergencies.  
  • THE PAY AT CAMP FEE will apply to all unpaid camp invoices after June 15th and increases the regular rate by $10 per person including all new persons that register after this deadline.
     
  • Qualify for a Free Leader! You unit can qualify to waive one leader’s fees if you bring 8 or more full week scouts  & a leader that stays the entire week! 

Note: Please do not plan rollovers in your payments. Pay for each year separately. Rollovers will only be assessed at the end of the summer season after all invoices are paid in full. They will then be moved in to your store account.
